Operation Supervisor

Seven Peaks Fence and BarnMesa, AZ
$28 - $32Onsite

About The Position

Seven Peaks Fence & Barn is a growing direct-to-consumer brand in the livestock and equine industry, operating as a centralized fulfillment network across multiple locations. Our systems, processes, and structure are built and guided at the regional level. We need reliable, grounded people to own each location and run it well. The Operation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Mesa branch runs as it’s supposed to, every single day. You’re not here to reinvent the wheel. You’re here to keep it turning. That means owning your space, supporting your team, solving problems as they come up, and holding yourself to a consistent standard of execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes quiet pride in doing things right. Someone who shows up, stays organized, communicates clearly, and leads a small team with steadiness and accountability.

  • Comfortable working hands-on in a yard or warehouse environment, day to day.
  • Forklift certified, or willing and able to become certified upon hire
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially around inventory and order accuracy.
  • A clear communicator who doesn’t wait to be asked. You flag problems early and solve what you can.

  • Someone who takes pride in their space and holds their team to the same standard.
