About The Position

As our Operation Manager, you will manage the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to administrative, people and culture, finances and facilities management. You will oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and a sense of stability to the team. To thrive in this job, you must be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment that reflects College Track’s culture, brand, and mission. College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree and a life of choice, opportunity, and power. Requirements

  • Depth of experience in managing day-to-day site operations, including office management, finance, technology, and facilities.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled in analyzing and reporting data.
  • Comfortable serving as the IT point of contact, assisting staff with issues.
