About The Position
We are looking for a results-driven people person with Food and Beverage experience to support our Food and Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will assist the general manager in administration responsibilities and the hotel's day-to-day operations. You will need to lead, supervise, and control our team.
Requirements
- Food and Beverage experience
- A working knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
Responsibilities
- Hold the staff to a high standard of customer service.
- Work on our software platforms to monitor expenses.
- Coach and develop staff.
- Multitask and complete assignments with attention to detail efficiently.
- Completing supply orders based on hotel-specific needs.
- Ensure the operations team executes day-to-day responsibility.
- Assist the General Manager in developing and maintaining a positive culture.
- Implement necessary changes.
- Support all financial goals by monitoring daily operations outcomes.
