The Operations Management Trainee will support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. This role requires cross-functional work across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental. This fast-paced program touches every aspect of the business unit, allowing you to acquire proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources for relationship building. Ryder promotes from within based on performance, and while the program is designed for 18-24 months, it can be completed in as little as 12 months. The incumbent will be assigned operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management.
