About The Position
Billor is a freight-tech company operating at the intersection of Fintech, Technology, and Freight. Our team manages a complex fleet operation across multiple Distribution Centers, and we are growing fast. We are looking for an Operation Assistant – Parts to reinforce our operations.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of organizational environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ownership sense.
- Committed.
Nice To Haves
- Fleetio system knowledge will be an advantage
- 5S and organizational tools will be an advantage.
- Dealership prior experience will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing our inventory of shop parts.
- Make a Daily conference to check inconsistencies.
- Ensure the visual and storage organization of equipment.
- Feed the system with information about our stock to keep the minimum stock requirements.
