About The Position

The Operating Supervisor will direct all Facilities mechanic activities for assigned sites in a manner that delivers safety, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Daily interface with stakeholders
Equipment inspections and maintenance
Overseeing various troubleshooting and repair activities
Capital and maintenance project support
Safety and regulatory compliance-related inspections
Telecommunication installations
General facility appearance maintenance activities
Provides the Section Manager with accurate and timely information concerning activities and performance
Actively manages the performance of assigned team members at all times
Effective prioritization of field operations including seasonal snow removal and yard maintenance & periodic inspections
Administers, communicates, and coordinates operating procedures, engineering, plans, and specifications to ensure proper operation and maintenance of facility equipment.
