City Wide provides a franchise model in the building maintenance industry, designed for entrepreneurs to build recurring revenue through client relationships and a network of independent contractors. The company acts as a single point of contact for commercial clients, simplifying facility management and offering a scalable business opportunity. The model emphasizes client retention, multiple revenue streams, and long-term growth within an essential industry.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
• 5-10+ years of sales and/or business development leadership experience.
• Professional leadership or management background preferred.
• Interest in B2B services and franchise ownership.
• Financial qualifications to be discussed with the franchise team.

Responsibilities

• Running the day-to-day sales and operations for the assigned territory.
