About The Position

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Operating Room Surgical Aides for Mid Shift at Tenet Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Shift Time: 11:00am - 7:30pm Rotational weekends and holidays Hourly Rate: $17.70 The Surgical Aide (Surgical suite terminal cleaning) may work in any location on client's premises. This individual cleans the surgical suite at the end of the day. Surgical suites include operating rooms, C-section rooms, and other rooms where invasive procedures are involved. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.

Requirements

Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening, and Drug Tests required
High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus
Medical cleaning is a plus

Responsibilities

Handling of Biohazard containers
Remove all debris from the floor and place it in an appropriate container.
Empty trash cans
Wipe counters
Use a designated vacuum to dust surfaces above shoulder level ( vents, light fixtures, etc.)
Spot clean walls
Perform other tasks as directed.
