About The Position
Carroll County Memorial Hospital’s role is to improve the health and well-being of the residents and visitors to Carroll County and surrounding counties, by providing quality, compassionate, cost effective and convenient health care through community leadership and in collaboration with other healthcare organizations which serve our communities. The Operating Room RN - PRN position is an hourly role with a salary of $36/hour, with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call duties. The physical location is Carroll County Memorial Hospital at 309 11th St. Carrollton, KY 41008. The hospital upholds Core Values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current licensure in the state of Kentucky
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Certification in area of specialty
- One to two years clinical experience
Responsibilities

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/family needs for age’s neonate through geriatric
- Demonstrate professional development and clinical competency
- Address health educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers
- Manages patient care assignments and/or additional tasks related to patient and unit operations
- Acting in a clinical leadership role, applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions; performs other related duties
