About The Position

Community Surgery Center of Glendale is committed to delivering affordable, high-quality outpatient surgical care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Since opening our doors in 2013, we've built a reputation as a trusted partner for physicians and healthcare providers by putting our patients at the center of everything we do. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional care and an outstanding surgical experience, making us our community's first choice for outpatient surgery. As an Operating Room (RN) Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in bringing that mission to life. Working closely with our Clinical Directors and multidisciplinary surgical team, you'll help ensure the safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of patient care throughout the surgical journey. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the operating room while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards, as well as center policies and procedures. You'll provide direct patient care by performing circulating and/or scrub nurse responsibilities, assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures, and help maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused environment. Additionally, you'll support equipment readiness, supply inventory management, operating room orientation, and the completion of accurate medical documentation to ensure the highest standards of quality and patient safety. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and are committed to clinical excellence, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
