This role provides exceptional perioperative nursing care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. You will circulate a variety of surgical procedures while maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients before surgery and monitoring patient safety throughout the surgical experience, documenting patient care accurately, and communicating changes in patient condition. You will follow physician orders and facility policies while ensuring quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Minnesota RN license (or license pending)
- Recent Operating Room nursing experience
- Experience with C-Sections
- Experience with da Vinci Robotic Surgery
- Experience with Endoscopy Procedures
- Strong clinical judgment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
