About The Position

Our Operating Room nurses provide 1:1 patient care to our patients before, during, and after surgery at a time when they are most vulnerable. You would work alongside our world-renowned Surgeons to scrub and circulate the many different cases we perform. Specialties include but are not limited to: GI, ENT, Urology, Gyn, Pain, Eyes, Plastics, etc.. Be one of the many MLH Nurses who pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience required.
• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• RN Diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing or BSN degree.
• Current PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact (effective 9/5/23).
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by specialty.

• BSN degree preferred.
