About The Position
Performs a variety of patient care services and activities for the maintenance of a safe and clean environment in the Perioperative Division.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, patients, and families in a professional manner
- Ability to provide for safety and confidentiality in all situations
- Ability to acquire techniques necessary for the operating room including, but not limited to, sterility and equipment usage
- Must be flexible and able to work calmly in an emergency situation
- Should be dependable to work with little supervision, but able to take directions from others
