About The Position

The Operating Room Clinical Support Technician supports the surgical team by ensuring operating rooms are properly prepared, stocked, and maintained. This role is responsible for case preparation, room turnover, equipment handling, and inventory management, while collaborating closely with nursing staff and the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) to promote efficient surgical flow and patient safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of progressive experience as a Clinical Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

• Experience in an acute-care facility or ambulatory surgery center operating room
