Requirements

• Ability to work in a team while assuming responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• More than three years of experience in the industrial production field
• Committed and motivated
• Ability to monitor the proper functioning of the machine (be able to track and justify machine performance)
• Ability to work in a team and safely
• Familiar with a production environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a machine operator or in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine parameters (e.g., speed, raw material)
• Monitor the supply of raw materials to ensure continuous production
• Resolve problems that may arise during the shift
• Check the product for errors or defects
• Keep activity logs (production)
• Check machines daily to ensure their functionality
• Collect and identify product samples for quality control inspection as needed
• Assist with setup, if applicable
