About The Position
The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. At their stores, team members are the fuel that helps communities run. This role is for an Opening/Early Morning Crew Member, where you will be the friendly face that helps guests begin their morning on the right note with great coffee and a great attitude. You will join a team committed to making customers’ days better while supporting one another through SPARK values—Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. Please note that this role is to work for a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., or any of their affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their employees and set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.
