About The Position

This role involves leading the engagement, management, and technical development of specific open source capabilities across multiple teams of stakeholders. The Technical Program Manager will engage with both internal and external clients to refine requirements, build momentum towards shared objectives, and identify new solutions to evolving challenges. The position requires leveraging mission-specific and technical knowledge, along with professional maturity and polished communication skills, to work with senior leadership and executive-level clients. The role also supports organizational management efforts during broader realignments and reorganizations.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of relevant experience may be used in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience supporting national security community or DoD customers.
  • Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience with overseeing technical development efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master's degree.
  • At least TWELVE (12) years of experience in the national security community.
  • Demonstrated experience with open source collections capabilities.
  • Professional and polished communications style.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engagement, management, and technical development of specific open source capabilities across multiple teams of stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external to the client organization, to refine, adjust, and evolve requirements.
  • Build momentum toward shared objectives.
  • Identify and propose new solutions to constantly-evolving challenges using mission-specific and technical knowledge.
  • Work with senior leadership and executive-level clients.
  • Support organizational management efforts to adapt to ongoing broader organizational realignment and reorganization.
