About The Position

This role focuses on organizational transformation and change, aiming to improve systems that drive organizations forward. The Open-Source Research Analyst will help clients identify long-term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them, focusing on creating efficiency in government. The analyst will assess how alterations impact business processes and design strategy plans to evolve and improve client capabilities, providing a holistic view of the organization to transform practices.

Requirements

TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Experience with strategy or change management for federal government clients
Experience with technology scouting, supply chain risk assessments, or cyber threat intelligence
Experience with open-source research and ubiquitous technical surveillance
Master's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Linguistics, Economics, Library Studies, Cultural Studies, or Regional Studies

Responsibilities

Conducting open-source or market research
Ramping up on a range of topics quickly, including emerging technologies, cyber threat intelligence, supply chain risk, foreign policy, financial systems, financial crime, market analysis, best practices analysis, and change management
Comprehending complex requirements, asking analytical questions, and finding information through open-source or market research to answer those questions
Conducting outreach to and interviews with subject matter experts from the private and public sector
Researching in a foreign language on websites outside the United States
Researching, reading, and interpreting information in a foreign language using native or translated sources
Leveraging data, analytics, and visualization software tools to prototype solutions addressing challenging client questions rapidly
