About The Position

Cintel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide support to our government customer and their mission. This role involves identifying and assessing potential threat information, recommending mitigation efforts, and incorporating findings into formal reports. The analyst will conduct analysis in support of operational activities, assembling, correlating, evaluating, and assessing information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems, and/or facilities. A key part of the role is analyzing information to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements. The position also supports intelligence inquiries, prepares intelligence information reports when appropriate, and conducts intelligence briefings.

Requirements

• A minimum of (8) years of related experience support intelligence analysis as an agent or analyst
• Works independently and/or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems
• Recent analytical report drafting and analysis experience to include Q&A
• Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing intelligence analysis support to vetting and/or research, development, and acquisitions
• A minimum of (8) years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
• A bachelors degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports
• Conduct analysis in support of operational activities to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and/or facilities
• Analyze information received to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to answer these gaps via appropriate collection means
• Support intelligence inquiries under the direction of the appropriate team lead
• When appropriate, prepare intelligence information reports
• Conduct intelligence briefings to personnel as required
