About The Position

SA Hospitality Group is Italian at heart, founded by Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli, with a culinary vision from Chef Iacopo Falai. Since 2003, the group has expanded to over 25 restaurants across Manhattan, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen, Connecticut, Milan, and Paris, under three brands: Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice. The group is seeking culinary talent who are passionate about hospitality, have a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. They are interested in meeting strong back-of-house individuals open to working at any of their restaurant locations across their three brands. An in-person open call is scheduled for various back-of-house job vacancies.
