About The Position

SA Hospitality Group, founded by Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli, is an Italian-hearted hospitality group that has translated old-world sensibilities to appeal to modern-day clientele. Since 2003, under the culinary vision of Chef Iacopo Falai, the group has expanded to a collection of iconic destinations with its three brands: Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice. They currently operate 25+ restaurants across Manhattan, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen, Connecticut, Milan, and Paris, with continued growth planned. The group is seeking culinary talent who are passionate about hospitality, have a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. They are interested in meeting strong back-of-house individuals open to working at any of their restaurant locations across their three brands.
