About The Position

Stilta is seeking exceptional individuals to help build an ambitious AI company from the ground up. This is an open application for future opportunities across the company for those who believe they can make a meaningful contribution, even if a specific matching role is not currently listed. Stilta builds agentic AI for intellectual property, providing legal and IP teams with software that can analyze large document sets, identify evidence, and generate litigation-ready work efficiently and reliably. The company has secured $10.5M in seed funding from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, and industry operators. Stilta is already collaborating with prominent IP firms and Fortune 500 companies, and is at the forefront of developing AI-native software for the intellectual property sector.
