About The Position

This is an open application for individuals who believe they can make a significant impact at IDL, even if their skills and experience don't fit a predefined role. It's an opportunity for those with a unique combination of abilities and a strong conviction about IDL's mission to propose how they can contribute to the league's growth. This application is not for a current vacancy and does not guarantee the creation of a position, but if a pitch aligns with a real need, IDL will reach out for further discussion. The company operates remotely by default across multiple time zones, with potential for travel or onsite support for live events and partners in various markets. The specifics of any potential role, including location, schedule, engagement type, scope, and compensation, will be determined by the identified need and the proposed solution.
