Requirements

Combination of relevant ability and real conviction about what IDL is building.
Track record of owning meaningful work and producing results.
Firsthand knowledge of dance, sports, media, entertainment, technology, consumer brands, or another field relevant to building a global league.
A specific view of where IDL can grow or operate better.
Ability to work across functions, cultures, or markets.
Initiative to define the problem, propose an approach, and carry the work forward.
Ability to provide concrete examples, results, or links to work for review.
