About The Position

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack, providing infrastructure that AI labs typically build internally to ambitious AI teams. Their platform, Lab, integrates compute, environments, evaluations, secure sandboxes, high-performance training, and deployment into a full-stack system for post-training at frontier scale. This includes SFT, RL, tool use, agent workflows, and continuously improving production models. Prime Intellect is developing open frontier AI, which involves open-source models trained end-to-end for long-horizon tasks like autonomous research, and the full-stack platform their research team uses to build these models. The company believes that future AI companies, enterprises, and research teams require more than just GPUs; they need the capability to transform their workflows, tools, data, and feedback loops into owned superintelligence. Prime Intellect has secured $150M in funding from prominent investors and individuals in the AI, infrastructure, and enterprise sectors. They are seeking individuals who are passionate about building at the intersection of frontier research, real infrastructure, and go-to-market strategies for a nascent category. The ideal candidate will have experience building complex technical systems, contributing to open-source projects, or mastering multiple domains. Expertise in AI, distributed computing, cryptography, systems programming, or other unexpected fields is valued, with a strong emphasis on the ability to learn quickly, think rigorously, and execute effectively.
