Capital Vacations is hiring energetic, outgoing professionals to join our Orlando Marketing Team as an OPC Marketing Agent. The OPC Marketing Agent will engage with vacationers, resort guests, and visitors throughout the Orlando area, introduce them to Capital Vacations, and invite qualified guests to attend a vacation ownership presentation. Success in this role depends on the ability to build rapport, create excitement, and generate qualified tours, which directly impacts earning potential.

Requirements

• Engage with resort guests and vacationers in high-traffic locations

• Generate qualified tours for the Sales Team
• Build relationships and create positive first impressions
• Meet and exceed weekly production goals
• Represent Capital Vacations with professionalism and enthusiasm
