About The Position

Interested in climbing aboard with the Syfan Team? This role focuses on developing and maintaining documentation, managing quality data, and improving logistics processes. The Op Support Trainer will collaborate with Operations and IT specialists to meet quality requirements, track process flow, and implement improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs. The position also involves sustainability reporting to customers as requested and performing other related duties.

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn the company's quality assurance system.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Experience using analytics tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, MS Report Builder, or similar.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated individual who collaborates across the company.
Minimum: 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics related field.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and visuals.
Manages quality data collection, process measurements, process analysis, and reporting.
Ensure that records and documentation of monitoring process results are maintained.
Review customer feedback, research problem areas, and introduce solutions.
Collaborates with Operations and IT specialists to ensure customer and company quality requirements are met.
Tracks process flow from origin to delivery via TMS and other appropriate methods of monitoring shipment vehicles.
Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.
Responsible for sustainability reporting to customers as requested.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
