Pac-Rite is seeking a Food Processing Machine Operator to operate poultry processing equipment (cutting machines, skinning machines, deboning lines), perform parameter adjustments, carry out first-level mechanical interventions, and ensure product quality and production performance in a structured food-processing environment.

Requirements

Relevant experience as a line operator or machine operator in a manufacturing or food-processing environment
Experience in food product packaging
Certification or diploma in machinery or equipment operation
Comfortable with parameter adjustments, control screens, and basic mechanical interventions
Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to machine operation
Ability to work in a cold environment (4 to 7 °C)

Responsibilities

Operate poultry processing machines throughout the shift
Perform full assembly and disassembly of the production line
Carry out parameter adjustments and settings using control interfaces (screens, panels)
Perform line preparation, startups, shutdowns, and restarts
Respond to line stoppages and perform first-level mechanical interventions
Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet established standards
Contribute to achieving production and performance targets
Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of the machine and work area
Perform any other related tasks required for the proper operation of the line
