About The Position

We are building a candidate bank for Operator positions for the 2026-2028 period. As an operations employee, you will ensure the safe and optimal flow of production in your assigned sector. To do this, you will perform various maneuvers and operate equipment under your responsibility, in addition to collaborating on their maintenance. You will also be called upon to participate in the continuous improvement of all operations and to get involved in various operational, technical, and/or administrative projects. You will complete various reports and frequently use computer tools. You will be part of an autonomous, versatile work team, working in rotation on shifts and supporting continuous production, in addition to being responsible for mandates within the team.
