About The Position

Enviro Connexions, a division of Waste Connections of Canada, is seeking an operator for a mini-loader (Bobcat) to support its recycled paper processing team. The role involves feeding the shredding machine and handling paper bales for efficient storage. The ideal candidate has experience operating a Bobcat, a strong sense of initiative, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience driving a Bobcat.
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of an open work permit.
• Strong commitment to working safely.
• Team spirit and autonomy in tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a Lift would be a considerable asset.
• Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in your work.

Responsibilities

• Feed the shredder with precision and vigilance using a Bob Cat mini-loader.
• Ensure that bales coming out of the press are properly tied.
• Maintain equipment in good working order, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Perform various maintenance and upkeep tasks.
