About The Position

SONIFI Health is seeking an Onsite Technician (RF/Systems) in the Chicago, IL area. This role is dedicated to supporting a specific healthcare system across multiple hospital locations within the region. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to customers on SONIFI products. The role involves spending the day supporting customers across multiple hospital sites within the assigned region, with company-provided tools including a vehicle, tools, cell phone, and laptop.

Requirements

Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in High Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head end.
OR High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years’ work experience in High Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head end.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
Regular local travel between hospital sites.
Participation in an on-call rotation.
Occasional overtime and weekend work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer priorities.
