About The Position

SONIFI Health is seeking an Onsite Technician (RF/Systems) in the Chicago, IL area to support a specific healthcare system across multiple hospital locations. This role is dedicated to resolving technical issues, providing support and guidance to customers on SONIFI products, and ensuring a great customer experience. The technician will spend their day supporting customers across multiple hospital sites within their assigned region, with company-provided tools including a vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.

Requirements

Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in High Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head end.
OR High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years’ work experience in High Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head end.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
Comfort working across multiple locations.
Ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changes.
