As a Onsite Support Representative, you’ll be part of our CribMaster team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to perform repair, substitution, or replacement of faulty hardware as necessary, installation, reinstallation or reprogram of software as necessary. You will also perform testing and error checking of solutions, and conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines and software. Document work done in customer ticketing system and follow-up with Customer after the solution has been implemented. Provide entry level support for hardware, Automated Tool Room, RFID, and CribMaster related computer issues.
