As the "go-to" person on the floor, you will be the bridge between the production team and management, ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine while the rest of the world is heading to bed. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse staff, assisting with workflow bottlenecks and questions.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to monitor production and support the team in real-time.
• Ensure every teammate is working safely and following company protocols.
• Handle Fill Rate reports, End-of-Shift (EOS) documentation, and safety incident reporting.
