About The Position

Facilitate the use of Stryker Endoscopy equipment in coordination with the OnSite Specialists team, surgical teams, Sterile Processing teams, and biomedical teams, while maintaining OnSite Operations standards and expectations. Ensure Stryker Endoscopy equipment is properly prepared, fully operational, and compliant with standards to enable safe and efficient surgical procedures. Proactively identify the needs of surgical teams and address equipment issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot and repair surgical devices to maintain peak performance. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through Stryker training and communicate key insights to clinical teams. Document and communicate data to contribute to ongoing improvement efforts. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient privacy requirements. Work rotating shifts and fulfill on-call duties to ensure continuous surgical coverage, as required by the medical facility. Clean, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments in preparation for sterilization in the Sterile Processing Department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or high school equivalent degree
  • 0+ years of experience in customer service or technical assistance roles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, move up to 20 lbs continuously, and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, visual acuity, color vision, and manual dexterity daily
  • Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • HSPA/CRCST certification and ability to maintain annual renewals

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or relevant medical certifications
  • Experience in operating rooms or with surgical equipment
  • Experience in Sterile Processing
