The On-Site Sales Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the sales gallery, providing essential administrative, operational, and sales support to the development team and on-site sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the sales gallery while supporting all aspects of the sales and marketing process. Key responsibilities include maintaining sales and inventory databases, preparing reports, managing schedules, coordinating communications among project stakeholders, and supporting lead and transaction tracking. The Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating a seamless sales experience by managing inquiries, preparing sales and marketing materials, maintaining listing platforms, ensuring the functionality of all office technology, and coordinating documentation throughout the sales cycle. As a central point of contact for the project team, the Coordinator is expected to provide a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service. The role also oversees office and marketing inventory, maintains organized filing systems, and ensures that the sales gallery and model residences consistently reflect the highest standards of presentation. In addition, the On-Site Sales Coordinator partners closely with the marketing team to support events hosted by the development team and Corcoran Sunshine. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, assisting with guest list administration, and ensuring the successful execution of on-site marketing and sales events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and professional presence. Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in a customer-focused business environment with administrative responsibilities.
  • New York State Real Estate Salesperson License required.
  • Strong interest in luxury real estate, marketing, architecture, and design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
