About the role The Onsite Property Manager provides visible, hands-on leadership and day-to-day oversight for an assigned high-rise community association and its building operations. This role serves as the primary liaison among the Association Board of Directors, residents, vendors, Capitol Property Management, and internal support teams, ensuring each property is operated professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with governing documents, contracts, applicable laws, and management agreements. This position is central to the safe, continuous operation of an occupied high-rise community. The Property Manager must balance financial stewardship, customer service, operational oversight, and board support while managing competing priorities. Strong communication, leadership, organization, decision-making, and relationship-management skills are essential.
