About The Position

The Onsite Parking Compliance Inspector plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational standards of our community. This position is primarily responsible for monitoring the community to identify and document any compliance infractions using an Association-issued iPad. Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure that property details are accurately recorded and promptly reported, supporting the enforcement of community rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Must have own vehicle, clean driving record, and be detail-oriented
  • Must have a high level of IT proficiency, be exceptionally organized, and possess strong time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask daily
  • Be a team player
  • Background screening and pre-employment drug screening are required
  • The ability to utilize technology is mandatory
  • Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Must be able to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
  • Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions while on-site at various communities
  • Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
  • Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
  • Document violation via association provided technology
  • Apply the standards in the association documents in real-life situations
  • Tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
