About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Onsite Manufacturing Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for manufacturing and production operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for hourly and skilled manufacturing positions while working directly at or closely with the client facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, and delivers an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

1–3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, staffing, or high-volume environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred in many locations.
Knowledge of manufacturing workforce trends and labor markets.
Experience supporting contingent workforce or staffing agency operations.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and operations leadership.
Comfortable working flexible schedules to support multiple shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, production, maintenance, and skilled trade positions.
Conduct onsite recruiting activities including interviews, orientations, job fairs, and hiring events.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, community outreach, and local partnerships.
Screen resumes and conducts phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs, hiring progress, and workforce planning.
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, attendance, turnover, and candidate pipeline activity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety requirements.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives for onsite workforce populations.
Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce issue resolution as needed.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
