About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Onsite Janitorial Maintenance Technician to support one of our communities in Stockton, CA. This role combines janitorial, maintenance, and HOA community upkeep responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and independent work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience (required)
  • One year of experience with light maintenance, painting, plumbing, or electrical work
  • Comfortable working independently for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must own a truck (required: mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Internet-based timekeeping systems
  • Strong communication and basic reporting skills

Responsibilities

  • Clean great room floors, hallways, kitchen, and appliances
  • Clean and maintain bathrooms (including mopping floors)
  • Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
  • Set up tables and chairs for HOA meetings
  • Clean windows, walls, baseboards, and lighting as needed
  • Inspect and maintain furniture inventory
  • De-web interior and exterior areas
  • Prepare clubhouse for rentals and inspect after events
  • Meet renters and provide access (primarily weekends, occasional weekdays)
  • Monitor lake levels
  • Power wash entry walkways
  • Maintain trash enclosures and surrounding areas
  • Pick up trash in parking lots, patios, gazebo, dock areas, and roadways
  • Blow off tennis courts and empty court trash cans
  • Maintain cleanliness of parks and playground areas
  • Refill pet waste stations (Fido bag dispensers)
  • Sweep wood chips back into playground pits
  • Replace basketball nets as needed
  • Hose down tables and concrete areas monthly
  • Clean lifeguard station and empty trash daily
  • Maintain pool bathrooms daily
  • Power wash pool deck weekly
  • Clean pool equipment area weekly
  • Respond to lifeguard concerns
  • Perform light plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Paint graffiti and community walls (including wall along the berm)
  • Repaint red curbs as needed
  • Report irrigation issues (leaks, broken sprinklers)
  • De-web streetlights, gates, and keypads
  • Order and maintain supplies (accounts provided)
  • Assist with property inspections as directed
  • Pick up and dispose of road hazards (including roadkill if necessary)
