About The Position

Kyndryl is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Onsite Healthcare Enterprise Architect to join our dedicated customer engagement team. This role is embedded within a strategic client environment in Dallas, Texas, serving as a trusted advisor to the client's CTO, and senior technology leadership team while helping shape and execute the organization's healthcare technology transformation strategy. The successful candidate will represent Kyndryl on-site with the client in Dallas, Texas and will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, clinical leaders, and technical teams to translate business objectives into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business value. As a senior advisor to the CTO, you will provide strategic guidance on technology investments, architecture direction, modernization initiatives, operating models, and emerging technologies while ensuring alignment between clinical, operational, and technology priorities. As the Onsite Healthcare Enterprise Architect, you will lead the development of technology strategies, reference architectures, and solution roadmaps that align with the client's business priorities, clinical operations, and technology landscape. You will guide architectural decisions that maximize innovation while maintaining security, governance, scalability, and operational excellence across healthcare delivery environments. Working as part of an existing client-facing account team, you will collaborate with client executives, enterprise architects, clinical and operational leaders, data teams, cybersecurity professionals, application owners, and infrastructure specialists to identify high-value technology and transformation opportunities. You will facilitate executive strategy sessions and discovery workshops, assess technology readiness, define target-state architectures and roadmaps, and oversee the integration of new capabilities into existing enterprise environments. Success in this role requires balancing strategic vision with practical execution while building trusted relationships across executive, business, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
