About The Position
Glenlore Trails is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Onsite Event Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an immersive outdoor event. This is a hands-on leadership role that begins in August, focusing on hiring and training staff, coordinating logistics, organizing inventory, and ensuring all details are ready for guest arrival in September. The role involves leading front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest service, coordinating various event aspects, and maintaining site efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations during event nights
