As a DMS Accounting Professional Service Consultant, you’ll be a key player in providing on-site training and expert advice to ensure our clients' dealerships achieve peak efficiency and profitability with the Auto/Mate DMS Accounting & Payroll applications. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of dealership accounting experience required, including roles in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Office Management or as a Controller.
  • 3-5+ years of dealership payroll processing, regulations, and reporting, including taxes
  • 2-5+ years of on-site implementation experience preferred.
  • Experience with standard business software and DMS for accounting functions.
  • Strong experience in training and presenting, both in group settings and one-on-one.
  • Excellent communications skills, including effective phone communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of taxation and relevant state and federal laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging on-site training sessions during new installations of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software, fostering customer confidence and trust.
  • Provide expert advice to dealership management on best practices for system setup and software usage, ensuring compliance with business plans, industry trends, existing processes, and relevant laws.
  • Collaborate closely with dealership management to gather critical data for decision-making and reporting.
  • Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards to meet their specific reporting needs.
  • Ensure the successful completion of the onsite training plan by monitoring progress throughout the installation week.
