About The Position

Join our team as an Online Travel Reservations Advisor and turn your passion for travel into an exciting career. This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours and uncapped earnings. We are looking for motivated individuals to help clients plan dream vacations, business trips, and bucket-list adventures. You will assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and more, provide expert recommendations, stay updated on travel trends and deals, work with top travel vendors, deliver exceptional customer service, and customize travel itineraries.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. or select international locations
• Passion for travel and helping others plan amazing trips
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow in the travel industry
• Basic computer & internet skills (no prior travel agent experience required!)
• Must be based and authorized to work in either the United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Grenada, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, or Trinidad and Tobago.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and more
• Provide expert recommendations based on clients’ preferences & budgets
• Stay up to date with exclusive deals, promotions, and travel trends
• Work with top travel vendors, including resorts, airlines, and tour operators
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
