About The Position

Join Our Festival Foods Team as an Online Personal Shopper! Must have weekend availability starting at 8 AM. Looking for a flexible and engaging role in retail? As an Online Personal Shopper, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive the freshest, highest-quality groceries—picked with care and ready for pickup. If you enjoy working independently, and making someone’s day a little easier, this is the role for you! This part-time Online Personal Shopper role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Whether you're picking the perfect products, assisting guests, or ensuring smooth online order fulfillment, you’ll be an essential part of our retail team.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A friendly and helpful attitude—guest service is at the heart of what we do!
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
• A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Other duties as assigned.
