About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the facility, particularly during night shifts. The role involves using high-pressure hoses and squeegees to clean floors, managing condemned product, and operating trash compactors. Attention to safety and the ability to work independently are crucial.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/metal grate ergo stands or on the floor.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Rinse floor with high-pressure hose
- Clean floor with squeegee
- Pick up condemned product from the floor with shovel and put it in condemned barrel
- Pick up full trash cans and dump into trash compactor
- Operate trash compactor
- Perform other duties as assigned
