Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• 3-5 years in automotive management
• Proven track record as an Internet sales producer
• Tech Savvy
• Process-oriented
• Exemplary communication and listening skills
• Self-initiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
• Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience

Responsibilities

• Maximize the Internet Department’s profitability and volume
• Drive consistent utilization of systems and technologies
• Implementation and utilization of our video messaging platform
• Lead Management: Implement processes for managing leads generated through online channels
• Meet performance metrics and standards for your store
• Provide a world-class guest experience from online to instore
• Expert negotiation, and closing skills
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales on best practices for customer engagement, and online sales techniques.
• Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
