About The Position

Highland Homes is currently accepting resumes for a Part Time Online Sales Assistant. The Part-time Online Sales Assistant works in conjunction with the Online Sales Associates (OSAs). This position will be responsible for taking on all B/C follow-ups, assigning repeat customer inquiries, gathering feedback from the Onsite Sales Teams regarding appointments, and answering the phone when necessary. This position is designed to support the OSAs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills both written and oral.
  • Proficient typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. (Minimum 45 WPM preferred)
  • Detail oriented and with excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience in homebuilding industry preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pull up all repeat customers that come in daily via email, manually enter in Salesforce, and assign them to the correct OSA.
  • Work all B/C/D lead follow-ups by calling to check in or emailing a touchpoint email.
  • Gather feedback from the Onsite Sales Teams each week on all appointments that have been set but not updated.
  • Answer the phone when necessary and provide good notes to the OSA working that given market area.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all team members, Sales Associates, and Sales Counselors in all markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
