About The Position

Blackburn College is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Online Program Recruiting Coordinator to help grow its innovative online education programs, including Early Childhood Education and Teacher Licensure. In this role, you'll be more than a recruiter—you'll be a guide, mentor, and advocate for prospective students as they take the next step in their educational journey. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for helping students succeed.
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across campus.
Comfort using Microsoft Office and other technology tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of financial aid processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit and engage prospective students interested in Blackburn's online education programs.
Guide students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Build meaningful relationships through phone, email, Zoom, and in-person communication.
Assist students with admissions requirements, financial aid resources, and enrollment steps.
Partner with the Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, and Academic Departments to create a seamless student experience.
Represent Blackburn College at college fairs, community events, and recruitment activities.
Develop partnerships with community colleges, particularly Early Childhood Associate Degree programs.
Support enrollment, retention, and student success initiatives for Blackburn's growing online programs.
