About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a freelance Mandarin Chinese teacher for an online, two-to-one course. The course is for two young boys (ages 6 and 8) who are beginners and have Taiwanese heritage. They wish to learn traditional Chinese. The course consists of 10 one-hour sessions, to be held once per week on Saturday or Sunday afternoon, at 2pm or 3pm Florida time (US EDT). The position is freelance and part-time. The hourly rate is negotiable.

Requirements

• Native Chinese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Availability for a 30-minute trial session on Saturday or Sunday afternoon at 2pm or 3pm Florida time (US EDT).
• Ability to teach traditional Chinese.
• Willingness to work as a freelancer.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
