Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk
About The Position
The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for efficiently selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders, ensuring freshness and quality. This role also involves assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering and loading orders to customers' cars upon arrival. A key aspect of the position is providing a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. The clerk is expected to uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up
- Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to on-line shopping
- Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
